Identification code

TAX PAYER REGISTRATION CARD IDENTIFICATION CODE is a personal individual number consisting of 10 digits for control by tax authorities and for payment of taxes and other fees. The tax identification code is also a personal document obligatory for every citizen of Ukraine, as during life it is necessary to take actions related to the payment of taxes and other procedures. Registration number of the record card of the tax payer (RNRCTP) is issued to citizens once for a lifetime, that is, the order of numbering never changes. In the order of numbers, the tax service encodes the appropriate cipher, which depends on the date of birth, last name, first name, patronymic, gender of the citizen. The sequence of 10 digits is a very important combination, if a mistake is made in the cipher, the tax identification number is invalid.

ISSUANCE OF THE IDENTIFICATION CODE

An identification code can be obtained by any citizen of Ukraine, regardless of age and gender. Individual citizens can submit documents for obtaining a code only after reaching the age of 14 inclusive and with the presence of a domestic passport of a citizen of Ukraine.
Legal representatives (mother, father, guardian) of children from birth to 14 years of age can obtain an identification code of a tax payer for them.
You can submit and receive documents directly at the place of registration at the tax authorities, at the place of residence or at the place of the tax address. You can also prepare and submit documents for obtaining an identification code with the help of a power of attorney to the employees of our company. REPLACEMENT OF IDENTIFICATION CODE

The Registration number of the record card of the tax payer is issued once for life, but your personal data can change during your life and even more than once. An example can be a change of last name after marriage, a voluntary change of first, last name or patronymic. When changing the identification code data, the numbers remain the same, but personal data must be changed directly in the document and in the tax service system. If when personal data is changed, it is not entered into the system and the taxpayer's card is not replacementd, then this document is considered invalid.

Reasons for exchanging an identification code:

• change of personal data (first, last name, patronymic)
• change of citizenship
• correction of an error in the code cipher
• change of tax address
• unfit for use

RESTORATION OF IDENTIFICATION CODE

Citizens of Ukraine, who for certain reasons have lost or damaged the Registration number of the record card of the tax payer, can restore the document at the place of issue or at the place of registration within a certain time. Citizens receive a completely new original document with the same personal data and numbers.

REFUSAL TO RECEIVE IDENTIFICATION CODE

The citizens are allowed to perform certain legal and financial actions without having a taxpayer identification code on the territory of Ukraine. Due to their religious beliefs, such citizens do not wish to have a certain attachment to tax records. According to religious beliefs, such persons apply to the tax authorities at the place of registration with a statement about the refusal to receive a tax payer's registration card. The tax service makes mark in the passport of a citizen of Ukraine, stating  that such a person has the right to perform legal and financial actions without an identification code.

CANCELLATION OF REFUSAL TO RECEIVE AN IDENTIFICATION CODE

Citizens who refused to receive a taxpayer registration card for religious reasons have the right to apply to the tax service authorities to cancel the mark in the passport (booklet model) and in the tax system database. After a certain time, after submitting the application and documents, such citizens receive a cancellation stamp in the passport of a citizen of Ukraine of the previous marl on refusal and receive a new document on the assignment of an identification tax code.
Important: If citizens have a domestic passport of a citizen of Ukraine in the form of an ID card, then in this case the passport is changed with the simultaneous submission of an application to cancel the mark of refusal to receive an identification code in the migration service.
