The first tarjeta (residence permit) is issued for a period of 1 year with the right to extend it for 2 years. The next extension of the tarjeta is also for 2 years. After a continuous residence in Spain for 5 years, you are entitled to a 5-year tarjetas (permanent permits).
It is important that the first 3 tarjetas (one-year and two-year) are issued without the right to work in Spain. A permanent tarjeta (permit for 5 years) already gives a person the right to work officially on the territory of Spain.

The price does not include the consular fee in the amount of UAH 3000 and the fee for obtaining a tarjeta in Spain, which is 16 Euros. The cost of preparing documents is purely individual, as it depends on the availability of certain documents with the applicant, the size of the applicant's income and the presence of risks. It takes about 3 weeks for our lawyers to prepare documents for applying for a D visa to Spain, after which you personally visit the Spanish embassy in Ukraine for an interview and submission of documents. After approval of your documents, the consulate calls you to receive a foreign passport with an immigration visa to Spain. Within 3 months of receiving your visa, you MUST use your visa by crossing the border into Spain and submitting your fingerprints to obtain a Spanish card.
