A Certificate of No Bankruptcy is a document that officially confirms that a business entity (individual entrepreneur or limited liability company) has no bankruptcy proceedings. This document establishes the fact that there is no information in the registers regarding the declaration of bankruptcy or the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings against the subject.
