INCREASE OF STATE DUTIES FOR EMPLOYMENT PERMITS FOR FOREIGNERS
Attention employers!
Dear employers, foreigners and stateless persons who wish to open a business entity in Ukraine or work in Ukraine. We draw your attention to the fact that from January 1, 2024, the subsistence minimum for an able-bodied person has increased. From now on, the amount of the state duty for processing documents has increased significantly and amounts to:
Issuing an employment permit for the first time:

As of January 1, 2024, the subsistence minimum for an able-bodied person is UAH 2,920.
The following changes in the amount regarding the payment of the state duty will be made after the increase in the subsistence minimum per able-bodied person, namely after January 1, 2025.
